Maine Driving Dynamics - Seniors

Maine’s Driving Dynamics course offers all drivers the opportunity to improve their defensive driving abilities. This five-hour course will include discussion of collision avoidance techniques, safety issues, driver habits and attitudes, and the basic elements that constantly challenge drivers on Maine highways. Students completing the course will receive a three-point credit on their driving record. A Certified Maine Driving Dynamics Instructor teaches this course.

Mediumship II

The Mediumship II class will offer an extension of Mediumship I, additional student participation with more in depth informational exercises. “How to” perform readings for clients in person, on the phone, and or over the internet, group gallery reading exercises, Tarot card reading exercise, group soul rescue exercise, human, animal and environmental energy reading, and channeling. Also how to prepare spaces, techniques in clearing and cleansing home and work environments. How important it is to know your limits with clients and practice good self care. Also a discussion of tools of the trade, i.e.. table tipping, past life regression, ghost hunting, and paranormal investigating. Course materials needed: notebook, pen, water bottle, and personal tarot deck any type. *Mediumship I class is a prerequisite for this course*

Get your friends together and come join us for a one-day trip to the Boston on Saturday, May 12. The $79.00 fee will include roundtrip motor coach transportation to Quincy Market. Once there, you will have 6 hours to tour the City, visit historical sights, go shopping or dine at restaurants of your choice and at your leisure. You don’t have to worry about paying tolls, driving down and back or finding a parking spot in the city!

Space is very limited, so register early if you are interested.

Depart Yarmouth Park n Ride at TBA. Arrive in Boston at 11:30am. Depart Boston at 5:30pm

Resin Jewelry Class - May

Join Portland Jetport's featured artist and experienced instructor Kellie Chasse, as she show's you how to mix Art Resin correctly and tint your resin with colors to make a unique, one of a kind, beautiful, bold, and spontaneous jewelry pendant! Everyone's pendants will be completely different. We will be working with Resin, so please bring gloves and an apron. No art experience is needed. Just open your mind and let your creative side flow. It's all about you, colors, and your inner self. All painting supplies will be provided by the instructor to create a single pendant. We will have a few options for pendants. Space will be limited to 10 for this class. Additional Pendants may be created, depending on the material's you choose, the cost will be $5 to $15 for each additional piece. FMI visit

Spring Beginner Essential Oils

Tai Chi for Seniors - April/May

Learn some of the movements associated with the traditional Tai Chi “long form.” All of the forms are low impact and non-strenuous. When combined, they form a flowing, graceful movement. This allows the practitioner to develop greater sensitivity of their own body as well as cultivating awareness. Wear comfortable clothing. No previous Tai Chi experience required.

Celebrate spring with a tour of McLaughlin Garden: the most extensive collection of lilacs in New England! Discover two acres of beautiful gardens beneath a canopy of ancient trees with a guided tour during peak lilac season. After wandering through the gardens, enjoy an all-natural, locally-sourced lunch at Cafe Nomad. Spend the afternoon exploring Norway’s historic district - peruse art galleries, book shops, a specialty fiber arts and wine shop, the local bakery, and more! Spring is upon us, so let’s make the most of it! Garden tour and lunch included in cost. Please wear appropriate footwear for walking and dress in layers for the weather. Rain or shine.

Bus will stop at the Gray Park n Ride at 9:30am, Exit 63, for Gray-New Gloucester and Windham participants.
