This online course will review mathematical concepts and skills essential for college readiness as measured by the Accuplacer post-secondary placement exam. Learning opportunities will take place through 'live' virtual instruction, video supplements and individual practice. Topics include computing with rational numbers, applying ratios and proportional reasoning, creating linear expressions and equations, graphing and applying linear equations, understanding probability and sets, and interpreting graphical data. At the end of the course students will take the Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra and Statistics Accuplacer Exam.
This course will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00-8:30 PM from July 7 through August 14 via Zoom and Brightspace.
