Tai Chi Movement - February/March

Learn some of the movements associated with the traditional Tai Chi “long form.” All of the forms are low impact and non-strenuous. When combined, they form a flowing, graceful movement. This allows the practitioner to develop greater sensitivity of their own body as well as cultivating awareness. Wear comfortable clothing. No previous Tai Chi experience required.
