$37

with Carole Freeman

Calendar Current session started Jan 3, 2023

School is hard.

Let's face it, you will never get more out of school than you are able to put into it. Getting a good education takes your best effort, physically and mentally. This course is not about learning memory tricks, it's about changing the chemistry and physiology of your brain and its capability for learning by improving blood flow, oxygenation, and nutrient delivery. It will cover how your Autonomic Nervous System can be balanced with your Respiratory System to allow you to feel calmer and more focused under pressure with improved concentration.

In this class we'll go over;

  • Release 20-50% more oxygen to the brain tissue
  • Improve brain's ability to form long term memory
  • Balance the Autonomic Nervous System
  • Improve attention and focus
  • Improve blood flow to the brain
  • Improve the amount of oxygen carried in to the brain
  • Improve testing skills

with Carole Freeman

Calendar Current session started Jan 3, 2023

Welcome to The Breath-Taking 101

The biggest question I’m asked is "Why would I take a breathing taking class if I already know how to breathe?" But what if you are breathing all wrong?

Breath-Taking classes aren’t just about breathing, everyone knows how to breathe and we know that if you stop breathing, you die. But, if you never learn how to breathe well, you go on to become sick and tired. Since breathing is something you do every moment you’re alive, learning to breath well becomes one of the most essential factors in feeling your best and doing your best every day.

The most important thing to know about Breath-Taking Online classes is that they’re not about learning a single special technique. Courses are developed from the entire Medical field of identifying and correcting Breathing Pattern Disorders.

It’s estimated that 85% of us currently have some type of Breathing Dysfunction that’s connected to feeling sick and tired. Or at the very least, more sick and tired then we need to be.

 In this class, I'll go over how to;

  • Breathe easier, reduce feelings of shortness of breath
  • Increase the amount of oxygen to your muscles during exercise
  • Reduce muscle fatigue, gain stamina, & breath easier during activities
  • Quickly gain control of your breath during anxious, stressful situations
  • Get a deeper, more restful nights sleep
  • Eliminate a chronically stuffy nose
  • Feel greater brain power by learning to increase blood flow, oxygen and nutrients to the brain
  • Relieve muscle tension aquired by daily stresses

Requirements

This class is the starting point and prerequisit to other Breath-Taking courses. It covers the basic understanding of breathing physiology and the foundation of techniques that are core of all other classes. The techiques in Breath-Taking Basics are designed to be practiced over 2-4 weeks before advancing to other programs. You will get more out of future classes with a firm base and skill of these early steps.

High Altitude Vacationing

$47

with Carole Freeman

Calendar Current session started Jan 3, 2023

If you are planning a mountain vacation 4-6 weeks from now TAKE THIS CLASS NOW

High Altitude Vacationing is for people who are planning to vacation in a mountain region. The higher altitude reduces the amount of oxygen that will reach the body’s tissue, including the brain. You may have heard of people going to Denver, and other high altitude locations, to train for elite sports. But we won’t need an elaborate training center. You’ll progress through 10 exercises, over 4 to 6 weeks, that will help your body begin to adapt to the higher altitude while still at home at sea level. Changes in your body will include an increase in Red Blood Cells, giving your blood more oxygen carrying capacity prior to your vacation. You will learn a more functional breathing pattern that gives greater tissue oxygenation and less shortness of breath. Using the new, more optimal breathing pattern, will allow you to maintain a higher oxygen level and ease of breathing while on vacation.

What you'll learn;

  • To have more functiona breathing for better oxygenation
  • Improve your energy level
  • Be able to think more clearly
  • Improve your blood Oxygen Carrying Capacity
  • Reduce Shortness of Breath, even in an emergency,
  • Increase Respiratory Muscle Strength

Rebuilding Energy and Endurance at Any Age

$47

with Carole Freeman

Calendar Current session started Jan 3, 2023

Learn why the secret to greater Energy and Endurance starts, and ends, with the strength of your respiratory system.

Description

Here’s why this Breath-Taking course works.

Because every cell in your body is dependent on oxygen to create energy. And the amount of oxygen available to every cell in your body and brain is dependent on the breath. To be even more specific, dependent on the quality of your breathing pattern and function. This class will train you, and your entire respiratory system, to be more efficient at delivering blood, oxygen, glucose, and nutrients to all those cells. Whether you’re an athlete or not, the secret to greater strength and endurance starts and ends with the strength of your respiratory system. No matter how long you train, or how hard you work out, when your breathing gives out - your body follows.

The class is presented as if the student will give themselves at least 3-6 weeks to implement these new exercises and techniques.

This course is full of class exercises that will help you understand and feel the difference in your health right away.

What you'll learn:

  • Improve respiratory muscle strength
  • Reduce Fatigue
  • Improve core strength
  • Increase muscle oxygenation
  • Improve spinal stability
  • Reduce back pain
  • Get more strength out of your strength-training
  • Reduce Shortness of Breath
  • Increase awareness of your optimal breathing pattern
  • Improve balance

Requirements

It is encouraged, but not mandatory, for the student to attend the Breath-Taking Basics course prior to attending Regaining Energy and Endurance.

Surviving Stress

$37

with Carole Freeman

Calendar Current session started Jan 3, 2023

Welcome to Surviving Stress

It’s estimated that more than 90% of people who suffer with chronic anxiety or stress have breathing pattern disorders. Also known as dysfunctional breathing. The nervous system’s normal response to stress, anxiety, frustration fear, all involve stimulating a particular breathing pattern of shallow, upper airway, open mouth breathing, with tightened abdominals, which are designed to help us run from a burning building or fight off an attacker. If we are under chronic mental, emotional, or physical stress, this breathing pattern becomes a habit as our ‘default’ breathing which is not good because it stimulates the brain to perceive more stress and anxiety. At this point, this ‘default’ breathing pattern is working against us and is known as “dysfunctional”. You may never get out of the feelings of general anxiety and stress without revising your breathing. If you are being treated with Talk therapy, meditation, relaxation, movement therapy, etc. your breathing pattern, which is caused emotional distress, may not be allowing you to get the full benefits these therapies offer.

In this class, you will learn the following:

  • How to increase awareness of your “normal” breathing pattern and understand why and how it may have been working against you.
  • How to form a new optimal breathing pattern
  • How to reduce anxious signaling to your Brain, breaking dysfunctional patterns
  • How to manage break-through anxiety or panic attacks
  • How to increase oxygen to the brain, creating clearer thinking
  • How to strengthen the Rest & Recover portion of the Autonomic Nervous System, increasing feelings of calm and control
  • How to take your emotional system from depletion to renewal

Requirements

It is not required, but highly recommended that The Breath-Taking Basics course be completed before beginning this course for you to get maximum benefit from the techniques presented here.

** After payment for this class is received, you will be provided a link, access code and instructions the next business day **
